🔁 Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@shopbareandbold.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that returns must be requested first. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

⚠️ Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

🚫 Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, or gift cards.

🔄 Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

❌ Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled until they have been fulfilled or shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the return process above.

🇪🇺 European Union – 14-day Right of Withdrawal

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days from the day you receive your item, for any reason and without justification.

Items must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

🧾 Complaints and Product Claims

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at info@shopbareandbold.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will review your claim and provide a suitable solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
